Arhiteq provides AI automation services for businesses and operates the Arhiteq Platform, a voice AI infrastructure product. Descriptions on this site are informational. The scope, price, and terms of any engagement are defined only in a separate written agreement between you and us.

You agree not to misuse the site or its AI assistant: no attempts to disrupt the service, probe its infrastructure, extract its underlying prompts or models, or use it to generate unlawful content. We may limit or block access to the site or the assistant when these rules are broken.

3. Intellectual property

The site, its design, and its content belong to us or our licensors. Product names of third parties mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

4. Feedback

The site and the AI assistant are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Answers produced by AI systems can be inaccurate; see our AI disclaimer. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability related to the site is limited to 100 US dollars. Liability under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not by these terms.

You agree to cover losses we reasonably incur from claims caused by your unlawful use of the site or your breach of these terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, USA, and disputes arising from use of the site are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless the law where you live grants you mandatory protections that apply anyway.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement about use of the site itself; engagements and platform access are covered by their own written agreements.
