Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This policy describes what arhiteq.com collects and how it is used. It applies to the site operated by Arhiteq, 2175 S Coast Hwy 4, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. Short version: we collect what you type into the form, the questionnaire, or the chat, we use it to call you back and reply, we measure our advertising with Meta, and we do not sell it.
1. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, your phone number, and, if you give them, your email, your website, how many calls your business takes a day, what you want to automate, and the time you asked us to call. We also keep the page you sent it from and the IP address the form came from; the address is used only to stop the callback from being abused and is kept with the record.
- The callback: when you send the form, an Arhiteq voice agent calls the number you left, by default within 30 seconds and only in daytime hours where you are, and we may text you about your request. Calls with our agents may be recorded and transcribed so we can review how the agent behaved. The form says so next to the button, and sending it is your consent to the call, the texts, and the recording.
- Setup questionnaire: your answers, and, if you give us your website address, the public pages of that site, which our system reads to fill the questionnaire in for you.
- AI assistant: the text of your chat messages, processed to generate a reply.
- Visit context: if you arrive through a marketing link, we keep the campaign parameters (UTM tags and referrer) for the duration of your browser session and attach them to a form submission. We also record how the page is used: which sections you reach, how far you scroll, how long you stay, which buttons you tap, and the kind of browser you use, including whether it is the in-app browser of a social network. These signals are tied to a random id that lives in your browser tab and clears when you close it, not to your name, unless you send the form.
- Advertising measurement: the site loads the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies in your browser and reports page views and form submissions to Meta Platforms. When you send the form we also send Meta, through its Conversions API, a hashed copy of your email or phone together with your IP address and browser type, so that Meta can match the submission to the ad you came from. We use this to see which ads bring customers; we do not show ads on this site.
- Hosting logs: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
2. How it is used
Form submissions and questionnaire answers go to the team, and to the voice agent that calls you back, so we can reply to your request and prepare the intro call. Chat messages are sent to our AI processing partners to generate the answer you see. Campaign parameters and page usage help us understand which channels and which parts of the page work. The IP address on a form submission is used to limit how many submissions and callbacks one address can trigger. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing newsletters.
3. Where it is processed
The site and its database are hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are also delivered to us by email through Resend and passed to our own calling system, which runs on Railway. Questionnaire answers are stored in a database we operate on Supabase. Chat messages are processed by AI model providers under their API terms. Advertising measurement is processed by Meta Platforms under its data terms. We operate from California, USA, and processing happens mainly there; if you visit from elsewhere, your data is transferred to the United States.
4. How it is protected
Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. Form submissions, questionnaire answers, and chat messages are readable only by the Arhiteq founders and the service providers named above; there is no wider team and no data resale.
5. Retention and your rights
We keep form submissions, questionnaire answers, and call recordings for as long as needed to handle your request and our business records, and we delete them on request. You can ask us to delete your data or to show you what we hold about you: write to [email protected] and we will respond within one business day. Depending on where you live, local law may also give you rights to correction, portability, or objection; we honor reasonable requests regardless of geography.
California residents: we do not sell personal information. Sending conversion data to Meta for advertising measurement may count as sharing under California law. You can opt out of that measurement by writing to the address above, and you can control how Meta uses data from sites like ours in your Meta ad settings. You can exercise your rights to know, delete, or correct your data through the contact below.
6. Children
The site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
7. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when we add or remove a measurement tool. The date above reflects the latest revision.
