Automation engineering
We build the automations, and we run the infrastructure.
If work reaches your business by phone, form or inbox, the copy-paste around it can happen on its own. We design it, build it, and operate it on a voice AI platform we wrote ourselves rather than resold.
Three sentences and a number. Our agent calls you back within 30 seconds.

Example hours 9 to 5 · we answer the other 16
The office is shut. A caller reaches the agent, not a voicemail box.
In production today
We do not rent our infrastructure. We built it.
Hear it before you read on: call +1 (949) 402-0722 and our agent picks up.
What runs
Campaigns dial on schedule every day. Agents write into the systems you already use and hand off to each other without hanging up.
Arhiteq Platform
The voice layer under every client agent we run. Real numbers, calls in and out, and a log of everything the agent did.
What that changes
When a workflow needs something the platform does not do yet, we add it. There is no vendor between you and the fix.
Services
What we automate
Five things service businesses lose money on every week. Each one ships as running software, not a report.
Inbound call handling
Calls get answered while your team is on a job. The agent qualifies the caller, books the visit, and logs everything.
If this is your week:The phone rings while everyone is already on a job
You get:A phone agent on your number, with recordings, transcripts, and a daily digest.
Outbound follow-up
Reminders and follow-ups go out on schedule, not when someone remembers. Fewer no-shows, fewer cold leads.
If this is your week:The no-show never got a call back
You get:Scheduled call and text sequences, running to a timetable you set.
Lead qualification
Every lead from calls, forms, and chats gets the same questions before it reaches your team: what the job is, when they need it, and whether the budget is real.
If this is your week:Leads sit in the inbox until someone has time
You get:Leads in your CRM sorted by how ready they are, with the answers and a follow-up task attached.
Back-office workflows
Scheduling, document handling, status updates. The copy-paste work between your tools happens without a human in the middle.
If this is your week:Someone retypes the same job into a second tool
You get:Automations connected to the software you already use.
Custom AI agents
When an off-the-shelf tool does not fit, we build the agent that does, and run it on our own platform.
If this is your week:The thing that would fix it does not exist off the shelf
You get:A working agent with logs you can read and rules you control.

Who it is for
Built for businesses that live on the phone.
Clinics and practices
The front desk is on the phone while three people wait at the counter.
Home services
The crew is on a roof, so the call rings out in an empty van.
Real estate teams
The agent who calls back first is the one who gets the viewing.
Salons and studios
Every reschedule arrives by phone, and the chair sits empty meanwhile.
Local logistics
Dispatch answers the same three questions forty times a day.
Not on the list
The trade is not the test. If work arrives by phone and someone is too busy to answer it, this fits.
Not sure which one you need? That is what the intro call is for. Tell us what a bad week looks like.
How it works
From a bad week to a running automation
A numbered sequence because it is one: each step only starts when the previous one earned it.
- 01
Intro call
30 minutes, free. You walk us through a normal week and leave with a written automation blueprint either way. If nothing is worth automating, the blueprint says so.
- 02
Scoped pilot
One workflow, fixed scope, fixed price. You know what ships and what it costs before we start.
- 03
Run and measure
We operate the automation, watch the logs, and tune it on real traffic. You see what it handled and what it escalated.
- 04
Expand or hand off
Add the next workflow, or take it over with documentation. Your call.
You work directly with the engineers who build it. No account managers, no handoffs.
By step four, a call that used to interrupt your afternoon is answered, logged, and summarized before you have seen it.
Arhiteq Platform
You can build on it yourself.
We run the agents for most clients. Some teams would rather run their own, and the platform is open to them. We set the workspace up by hand, so it starts with a call rather than a signup form.

FAQ
Fair questions
The things owners actually ask on the first call.
Scope and price
Working automations wired into your existing tools: phone agents that answer and qualify calls, follow-up sequences, CRM sync, internal workflows. You get running software, not a slide deck.
There is no list price because the work is scoped to your workflow, not pulled from a menu. The model: a fixed-scope pilot with the number named before any work starts, then a flat monthly fee to operate. For scale, a pilot costs a fraction of one hire and ships in weeks, not quarters. Your blueprint from the intro call includes a scoped quote, so you see the number before committing to anything.
One guarantee, in writing. If it is not for you in the first 30 days of operation, your first monthly payment comes back. The pilot work itself stays paid, because the engineering is already done. Month to month after that, cancel any time.
Depends on the workflow. Simple automations ship in days; a voice agent with CRM wiring takes longer. The pilot scope comes with a date, and we hold to it.
Risk and control
No. We connect to the CRM and phone system you already use; if a tool has an API or a webhook, we can work with it. Your team keeps working the same way while the automation runs next to it, and nothing switches over until you have watched it run.
Your data stays in your accounts wherever possible. Call recordings and transcripts live in your workspace, and we delete what you ask us to delete. We sign an NDA before a pilot if you need one.
It can happen, and we design for it. The agent works from facts you approve, escalates to a human when it is unsure, and every call is recorded, so you see every step; nothing is a black box. When something is off, you tell us, we correct it, and it stays corrected. Our AI disclaimer puts this in writing.
The agent transfers to a human, takes a message, or schedules a callback. You define the rules. Every call is recorded and reviewable, so nothing disappears.
Judge for yourself: ask for a live demo call during the intro call. Modern voice agents hold a normal conversation, and ours say what they are when asked.
Working with us
Access to the tools we are wiring together and one person on your side who knows the workflow. Setup questions fit into a couple of short calls; we handle the rest.
It is the most common starting point. The intro call doubles as an audit: walk us through a normal week and we will point at the two or three things worth automating first.
Yes. We set the workspace up by hand rather than through a signup form, so it starts with a short call. Tell us through the form what you want to build.
When the volume is not there yet: a handful of calls a week will not pay back an automation, and we will say so. Same if the workflow changes daily, or lives in a tool with no way in. The intro call is where you get that answer honestly, and the blueprint says it in writing.
