AI disclaimer
Last updated: August 17, 2026
Parts of this site and of our products are powered by AI systems: the chat assistant on this site and the voice agents we build and operate. Here is how to read what they say.
Answers can be wrong
AI systems generate text and speech statistically. They are usually right and sometimes confidently wrong. Do not treat an answer from the assistant or from a voice agent as a commitment, a quote, or professional advice. Binding terms exist only in a written agreement signed by us.
The agents do not pretend to be human
Voice agents we build and operate identify themselves as automated when a caller asks. The chat assistant on this site is labeled as AI. We do not build agents designed to pass as people.
Conversations may be recorded
Chat messages on this site are processed by AI providers to generate replies. Calls handled by voice agents we operate are typically recorded and transcribed so their behavior can be reviewed and improved; the businesses using those agents control their own notice and consent obligations to callers.
A human is reachable
The assistant answers questions about Arhiteq, nothing more. For anything that matters, write to [email protected] or use the contact form; a person replies within one business day. Voice agents we build carry escalation rules so a caller can always reach a human, take a message, or get a callback.
Tell us when something is off
If the assistant gives you an answer that looks wrong, or a voice agent behaves in a way it should not, email [email protected] with what you saw. We review the logs and fix the source.
